A 5-Night Women’s Retreat in Costa Rica

An immersive experience designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that daily life so often pulls you away from.

Rooted in women’s healing, yoga, nervous system care, and sacred feminine restoration, this retreat is more than relaxation. It is a space to come back into your body, regulate your system, release stored tension, and remember what truly nourishes you.

Each day is thoughtfully woven with morning and evening yoga, somatic and body-based healing practices, spacious rest, and meaningful connection. Supporting you in moving from depletion and disconnection, into greater ease and inner steadiness.

Held in the lush natural beauty of Costa Rica’s Caribbean coast, the experience also includes opportunities to swim in the ocean, explore jungle trails, visit a local cacao farm, sit amongst other women and leave with tools and rituals to connect to your cyclical rhythms.

This retreat is for women who are ready to pause, exhale, reconnect with themselves, and return home feeling more nourished, grounded, spacious, and deeply resourced.

Meet Your Retreat LeaderS

Azuri Jenkins, Ifa Buumi Ehiogie Oguname, is a mother, yoga teacher, somatic practitioner, full-spectrum doula, Ifá practitioner, and moon dancer. Her work is rooted in supporting women nurture themselves through the healing arts. She is inspired by our natural ability to return to health and wellbeing when met with care, awareness, and stillness.

Azuri found her way into birth work in 2018. driven by a deep fascination with reproductive health and an enduring love for supporting others through life’s most profound thresholds. Her journey has grown alongside her exploration of yoga and somatic practices, which began when she started teaching yoga in 2017. With a bachelor’s in dance and a background in movement, she has continued to expand her practice across multiple modalities, reiki and most recently biodynamic craniosacral therapy.

Her journey into this work is deeply personal. She has always been a seeker, exploring how we carry the stories of our lineages and histories within our bodies. Her practice is rooted in reverence for ancestral wisdom, the womb, and the earth. Azuri has had the honor of being present with hundreds of women through life’s sacred passages. Whether on the mat, in a birthing space, or through a healing session, she creates space for people to deepen their relationship with themselves, their bodies, and the wisdom within. She believes that healing is both an act of creation and a return to wholeness.

Veronica is a yoga teacher, Svastha Āchārya (Āyurvedic health practitioner), somatic relational practitioner, and full-spectrum doula in training whose work is rooted in helping women come home to their bodies through nourishment, rhythm, and relationship. Her path began while healing a chronic skin condition, which led her into ten years of teaching and over 500 hours of training in Hatha, 26/2, and Meridian Yoga Therapy.

She trained in Āyurveda with Joyful Belly and myAyu under physician Dr. Jessica Vellela, and has supported Panchakarma doctors in India. Alongside her somatic trauma training with Dr. Albert Wong, this work has shaped her belief that digestion, emotion, and connection are deeply intertwined.

Having supported over 800 people through integrative nutrition, and somatic relational integration work, Veronica creates spaces that feel warm and nourishing yet also expansive - extending from the mat into the kitchen as an Āyurvedic chef. Her classes invite students to slow down, tend their inner fire, and listen to what their bodies already know.
